Paul manages 3 properties for me as I recently moved to HK and I needed someone to look after them as managing them from overseas would be impossible; one of the properties is a Georgian house in Kensington which requires quite a lot of maintenance. Paul is very knowledgeable about all property matters and has been super helpful in fixing things for me and advising me on my rights and responsibilities as a landlord. He also gets things done. There was a burst water pipe which my tenants contacted Paul about and which he had fixed immediately without needing to bother me. He has really taken on all my troubles of property ownership and what’s more my tenants think he’s great too. I have no hesitation in recommending him; friends of mine have also appointed him on their rental property as I am so pleased with the service
