Paul is the owner and founder of Acara Management. He worked in lettings in London for several years valuing and negotiating tenancies for landlords in West London. His exposure to and involvement in thousands of rental investments and tenancies as well as his personal experience gives him a great deal of insight and experience to advise clients and assist with the management of their rental portfolio. Also a property developer and qualified Construction Site Manager, Paul manages the larger projects and refurbishments and co-ordinates the maintenance team. Special talents – drummer, scuba diver and fishkeeper!
David is the owner and founder of Acara Residential - the lettings arm of the Acara Property Group. He has a lengthy and successful career in estate agency, holding top level positions in large agencies in London. He has considerable expertise and knowledge of the property industry as a whole. David runs Acara Residential alongside Acara Management as part of the Acara Property Group. Special skills; ice breaking
Alejandro has a broad breadth of design and construction experience. Having worked for a range of prestigious architectural firms including Arup, Zaha Hadid and Make, as well as a several small-scale practices, we are now thrilled to have him applying his expertise to our own projects and offering that to Acara clients.
Elliot is a property manager at Acara. He has a background in property management and refurb management. Elliot liaises with all of our tenants and landlords, organises the maintenance and inspects our managed properties. Elliot will complete a large portion of the odd jobs and handyman work our landlords and tenants need. He is handy, knowledgable, versatile and capable – a true asset for all of our landlords. Special talents – master footballer and head turner.
Rachel is our chief block manager. She ensures leaseholders and freeholders are given a first class service and our blocks are well maintained. Special skills; embarrassing everyone with her organisational prowess.
Lauren looks after our operational and administrative tasks at Acara and offers great support to all members of the team. Her background is in property sales progression and back office management. She is super organised, efficient and full of initiative. Special skills: dancing, especially on Friday nights.
Seb heads up part of our maintenance and refurbishment team. He has worked in the building trade for twenty years and brings a wealth of experience to the team. He loves Tottenham and expensive tools. Special skills: masking enthusiasm.
Lukasz has worked with us for several years now. He's an amazingly well rounded tradesman and we're very lucky to have him on the team.
Curtis has worked in the building trade for several years. He is one of our hands-on members of the team who spends most of his time out and about visiting the properties we manage to inspect, diagnose problems and complete all those important odd jobs to keep residents happy. Special skills - making himself busy and bypassing pleasantries.
James has the broadest career history of all of us. Scots Guards for The Queen, Dog Handler, Security, logistics and facilities management. Now a master building manager for a one of our major sites in Kilburn. A loveable northerner, but best not mess with him!
Wesley is brill. His background is in multi trades and helps the team keep the tenancy portfolio in tip top shape.
Nillo's experience in HR is questionable, but what he lacks in knowledge he makes up for in enthusiasm and love. We asked him if he wouldn't prefer a role as a mascot or welfare officer, but apparently not. HR is his calling. As well as balls of all kinds.
