At Acara, we offer full service property management, tenancy portfolio management, facilities management and block management services throughout London and the outskirts.

We operate a hybrid model of management and maintenance so most works will be completed by our in-house, full time multi trades maintenance team and property managers. This is 'Hands-On Property Management', which is the slogan you'll see on everyone's uniform.

We're the UK's smartest property management company, utilising 3D cameras, drones, QR codes, remote display screens, Trello, Slack, plus our own software - specifically developed to help our workflows deliver a higher level of service and performance than anyone else. We will record copious levels of data on your property and the goings on to keep you fully informed about what's happened, what's happening and what's going to happen.

Transparent Communication
and Task Management

The biggest complaints we hear about other property management teams are; ‘we don’t hear back’ and ‘we don’t know what’s happening’. We believe in making our activity transparent and are very proud to avoid those same mistakes.

We use Trello to manage all tasks for the property. We create a platform for your property which all our team work from. Have a look at our demonstration board – this board is permanently available to clients and tenants and shows in real time what we’ve worked on, are working on, and what’s in the pipeline.

We use Slack to communicate with clients. We create channels or separate workspaces between us and you to massively speed up communication and allow for more automatic updates.

Acara Property Management are based in Richmond-upon-Thames. Over the past ten years, we have built a substantial portfolio covering London and have recently expanded to the surrounding areas.
