Our tenancy portfolio management service offers a hands-on bespoke approach, no matter the size of your portfolio. Your dedicated property manager will get to know your property intimately as the majority of the upkeep will be monitored by the property manager themselves.
Unusually for the industry, we are a hybrid of a management service and a maintenance service. We operate as much maintenance work in house as we can. Our property managers are handy and attend your property in uniform and branded vans filled with tools and equipment for solving problems. Best of all – odd jobs are included in the service! We do not charge call outs for small things such as topping up the boiler pressure and small maintenance repairs. For the the more complicated works we have an in house building and maintenance team.
We are fully confident in taking care of all tenant enquiries, maintaining landlord responsibilities and any related finances on behalf of our landlords.
We are also able to advise on optimum investment strategies to improve your rental yield due to us having a great team of in house designers, lettings expects and builders. We are a fully experienced investment team who focus on delivering positive returns over the term of your portfolio.
