The property has an A rated EPC because of solar panels, cavity wall insulation, double glazing and energy efficient heating. The project took eighteen months and included underpinning both neighbouring buildings. The build cost was approximately £750,000 plus vat and included the restoration of the original dairy frontage from what was two shops installed in the 1980’s.
