One of our team will meet you at the property to conduct a valuation and if you’re happy to proceed, capture some high-quality marketing photos.
Your property will be listed on all property portals and we can generate further interest from our industry partnerships. We are an independent business, that builds long-term relationships by connecting the right people to create opportunities. So when it’s required, we will source market leaders in different regions, to collaborate with us and deliver the best possible results.
Our team will conduct accompanied viewings (including evening and weekends) at your property with prospective tenants. Any offers made on the property will be negotiated on your behalf by our team.
After an offer has been agreed we will complete the tenancy administration. This includes drawing up tenancy agreements, full tenant referencing, deposit registration, and tenancy set up services. Most importantly we will ensure your properties are legally compliant and that your tenants are safe. There has been a huge influx of legislation into the Private Rented Sector in the last 10-15 years. Many pieces of legislation carry civil and in some cases criminal penalties if not adhered to. Unless you are a full-time professional landlord, it is it is unlikely you will have time to research the finer details.
We offer hands-on property management services for our clients including rent collection and arrears chasing, a 24/7 phone line for tenants, emergency works response, maintenance coordination and regular safety inspections.
