No call out charges for small things such as topping up the boiler pressures, change hinges and cupboard handles, changing batteries in alarms etc.

Our property managers will get to know your property intimately – most of the upkeep is done by the property manager themselves. For the the more complicated works we have an in house building and maintenance team.
